Account Help
Forgot your Dream11 password?
Five steps, done through the official app. No email needed — Dream11 password resets go through your registered mobile number and an OTP.
How to reset your password
Open the app and tap "Forgot Password"
On the Dream11 login screen, tap Login, then tap the "Forgot Password?" link below the password field.
Enter your registered mobile number
Enter the contact detail requested by the current official recovery flow. Use the same registered detail associated with the account, and do not enter it on a third-party recovery page.
Verify with the OTP
Complete the verification step shown by the official app or website. Never forward an OTP or enter it into a page, chat, or phone number found outside the publisher-controlled route.
Set a new password
Choose a new password that's different from your old one. Use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid reusing a password from another account.
Log in with the new password
Return to the login screen and use the new credential if the official flow confirms the reset. If account data or access does not appear as expected, use the publisher-controlled support route rather than creating another account.
If the standard reset doesn't work
I don't have access to my registered mobile number anymore
Use the publisher-controlled account-recovery or support route shown in the official app or website. Only provide information requested inside that verified route, and never send KYC documents, past transaction details, passwords, or OTPs to an unverified contact.
I'm not receiving the OTP
Check that the registered contact detail is correct and that your device can receive the message. Use the resend control and cooldown shown by the official flow. If it still does not arrive, use the publisher-controlled support route.
The app says my account is locked
Follow the lockout message shown by the official app or website. Do not repeatedly retry, use a VPN, install a modified package, or pay a third party to restore access. Use the publisher-controlled recovery or support route if the lockout continues.
A site is asking for my password to "verify" my account
This is not something the official Dream11 app or website ever does over email, SMS link, or a third-party site. Never enter your Dream11 password anywhere except the official app or dream11.com. If you've received such a request, do not click through — it's a phishing attempt.
A note on account security
Dream11 support will never ask for your password over phone, email, or chat. If someone contacts you claiming to be Dream11 support and asks for your password, OTP, or full bank details, it's a scam. Report it through the app's official Help section and do not respond further. See our customer care guide for the correct, official support channels.
